The Boeing Global Services Supplier Quality organization is currently seeking multiple Senior Quality Systems Specialists to join various teams. The selected candidate will be placed in various areas around the organization.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads Quality reviews of customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
  • Leads multi-function, multi-site projects to respond to company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
  • Identifies, develops and deploys metrics & KPIs for measuring Supplier performance and internal Supplier Quality performance.
  • Leads stakeholder reviews of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
  • Develops scope, schedule, plans and leads system level audits, training to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and reports results to management.
  • Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for complex nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Assists in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Works under minimal direction.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes , lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience working with a quality management systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100).
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis/metric development
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Ability to provide guidance on process documentation.
  • Advanced data analytics experience

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Colorado Summary pay range: $74,340 - $138,060
