Description

Our local client in Oklahoma City is looking to expand their Technology Analyst team .The position is specifically geared around digital technologies, point of sale systems, audio technologies, credit card technologies and an expansive software suite. Will include content management support and collaboration with the deployment and development teams. The Retail Support Analyst I, under general supervision, provides software support for helpdesk, field, and other technology groups, which includes resolving connectivity issues through wireless networking and resolving technical challenges for stores and managers. Assist in formulating training policies, programs, and schedules and update documentation on installations of software, hardware, configurations, and troubleshooting. This is an intermediate level position and begins to take on more technical challenges and handles situations with more autonomy than an entry level analyst, this is long term contract opportunity

Windows 7/10 knowledge
