Experienced Property Manager Needed (Oklahoma City)

We are an established property management company located in the Oklahoma City, OK area. We are currently seeking Apartment Property Managers for 200 units.

Qualification, Skills and Requirements:

Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing more than 200 unit apartment buildings.

MUST BE BILINGUAL in ( ENGLISH & SPANISH )

Must have strong communication skills, relationship building and conflict resolution skills; - Property management software experience, eg. AppFolio; is a plus

Good building maintenance management skill
