On-Site Property Manager / Maintenance Person Needed

We’re a small, family-run property management company looking for a reliable and skilled On-Site Property Manager / Maintenance Professional to help maintain and oversee several of our rental properties in the OKC area.

About the Position:

We’re seeking someone hands-on and dependable who can handle routine property maintenance, respond to tenant repair requests, and keep our buildings in good condition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and offers fair, reasonable rates.

Responsibilities include:

Performing basic repairs

Lawn care and general upkeep

Handling minor emergencies and ensuring tenant satisfaction

Conducting move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnovers

Qualifications:

Experience in property maintenance, construction, or general handyman work

Reliable transportation and tools

Strong communication and organizational skills

Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
