Director, Construction

Leads a vertical construction sub-team with a focus on 2 or more of Inspire Brand’s concepts. Is the Construction Liaison with Brand leadership for their supported Brands, along with other co-responsible peers, while balancing the needs of the broader Matrix organization. Responsible for staffing and strategically prioritizing the team members activities in service of all Matrix Organization's needs for Construction resources, supporting FZs with New Restaurant Openings and all necessary development activities. Is a people leader dedicated to developing their team to the highest standards for performance within the Organization's goals for AOP, Project Delivery and Personal Development.
