BCBA Telehealth

We're Hiring a Telehealth BCBA(Help provide ABA services in Texas & Oklahoma markets)Come join our Behavioral Innovations team. Hope starts here!Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:We're seeking a Telehealth BCBA to provide assessment, supervisin, training, treatment modifications and progression for a remote caseload of center-based clients. This position will also require in-person time in the center on a monthly basis, or more frequent as needed. The BCBA will be responisble for a high level of communication and coordination with the center while located remotely This position is also responsble for managing their respective contracts and billable hours, which will also inlcude submitting information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc.You also have the ability to work closely and collaborate with other Clinical Directors while providing remote services. There will be about 25% travel to treatment center where kids are located. What we are looking for!Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines

TX & OK LBA state licensure will be required

3-5 years experience serving as a Board Certified Behaviora Analyst (BCBA) preferred

2+ years of ABA telehealth experience required

Central Reach experience preferred

25% Travel is required - once a month

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required

Must be flexible to provide additional coverage at a variety of locations

Willingness to work with a variety of patients

Exceptional skillset with leadership, time management and observation

Strong analytical thinker who is data-driven and client-centered

Excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with ability to multi-task

Effective collaborator and team-player, who is empathetic and culturally competent

Protect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations
