Recruiter/Training Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter/Training Coordinator (RTC) who will be responsible for the recruitment and training ofdirect care/care-giving staff whoprovide community-based, daily living support to people with developmental disabilities throughout the state of Oklahoma.

The Recruiter/Training Coordinator (RTC) will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the recruitment and training efforts are performed at the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition:advertisingvacancies, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, makingjob offers, and hiringcandidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Training: new hire orientation materialand ongoing annual re-training for direct care staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required
• Two (2) years ofrecruiting experience
• One (1)to Two (2) years of training experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals who have disabilities preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, as well as time management and organizational skills.
