Infrastructure Project Manager Job DescriptionOur client is looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience juggling multiple infrastructure projects. Someone very experienced in agile/Scrum/SAFe on IT infrastructure work. A Project Manager with ERP experience would be a plusResponsibilities:

• Inventory and manage IT Security & Networking project portfolios
• Thorough working knowledge of SDLC models/methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, IT System and processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Act as change agent to improve overall processes and programs
• Provide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements
• Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines and processes
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related study and equivalent work experience.
• 7-10+ years of proven working experience in IT Project Management.
• Very experienced in agile/Scrum/SAFe on IT infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Workspace and Networking environments and technologies (VMWare, Cisco)
• Solid background driving technical infrastructure projects (Networking, IT Security & Workspace)
• Must have excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or CSM certification is a plus
