Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Roof Maxx is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Assistant.The right person for the position will support the Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer in various ways.

• Managing/coordinatingmultiple marketing projects
• Dealer customer services
• Setting up dealers in various systems
• Doing research
• Attending meetings and taking notes to pull out action items for the marketing team
• Calendar management
• Keeping marketing files organized
• Dealer communication as it pertains to marketing
• Misc. tasks as needed

This is a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will have a can-do, figure-it-out attitude. You will be working in a quickly changing environmentrequiring responsiveness, quick thinking, and great attention to detail. You will be required to be extremely organized and have a system for following up and getting things done.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Must have marketing experience.
• HubSpot knowledge is a huge plus.
• Experience working in a fanchise/dealership environment is a huge plus.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Must be a top-notch communicator.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work professionally with clients.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback.
• Ability to work remotely and own your projects / tasks.
