Job Description

Summary:

As the

IT Data Analyst, you will focus on data management and data centric workflow processes to enhance efficiencies in our daily operations. This position will also serve in a limited role for end-user and technical support for the Warewash business systems which includes maintenance, installation and configuration of these technologies and associated applications. This role will assist with the development, testing, implementation, and support of processes and requests to support the Warewash Business Division. This position supports multiple platforms including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and may require independent work, sharing information and assisting others with work assignments. Candidates for this position must have excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve problem situations.

What you will do:

  • Partner with operational areas to define, create and deploy workflow enhancement processes
  • Develop scripting solutions, automation or efficiency processes using tools such as VBScript, SQL, Power Automate, etc.
  • Create dashboards or monitoring solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Maintain a secure and robust database management system according to established security standards
  • Maintain a secure environment through Active Directory and established security policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support for critical business application, such as ERP and Engineering systems
  • Assist in system software upgrades as needed
  • Support new and existing Information Technology initiatives

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of creating automation and workflow solutions across software platforms
  • Experience in the creation and integration of workflows into Microsoft SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server environment and DBMS systems
  • Ability to streamline disparate data into robust dashboards using data tracking/presentation tools.
  • Working knowledge of Sequel Server Reporting Services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including servers and personal computers
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
  • Ability to work in a highly innovative, design-driven environment
  • An individual with logical, deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to organize and execute projects within specified timelines
  • Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels
  • Complex problem solver and who is detailed-oriented
  • Present a good attitude and team thinking

Education and Experience:

  • BS Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
  • Handling multiple work assignments concurrently
  • Effective oral and written communications as well as effective presentation skills.
