Description

This IT Support Analyst role with Robert Half Technology requires intuitive troubleshooting ability, clear and concise communication to technical and non-technical users. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. This IT Support Analyst position, which is a full-time opportunity, is located in the Toledo, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

- Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

- Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

- Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

- Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
