Arnold’s Home Improvement in Toledo, OH is seeking to add another full-time Interior Project Manager to coordinate production, manage labor, and order materials for projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Interior Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all crews are scheduled and working daily. Upon visitation, talk to homeowner – Take photos and get reviews.
Perform final walk throughs, reviews and collect balances due
Make update phone calls to customers regarding projects and timelines
Utilize CRM program to obtain customer information, current balances due and to schedule each installer
It is your responsibility to stay productive every day
You may be needed to respond to warranty calls; either to complete a Scope of Work or complete the repair itself
Review and sign off on payroll to ensure crews are being paid correctly
Work closely with Operations Manager
The interior project managers hours start at 7:30 am and go until about 5:30-6 pm Monday-Friday. As a project manager you will be provided with, a company vehicle, phone and iPad, apparel and any training as needed. Carpenter Qualifications / Skills:
Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with office staff and work crews
Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma is an asset
5 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry, electric and plumbing
Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
Valid drivers license
