DISHWASHERS, PREP COOKS, AND LINE COOKS Our kitchens are fast paced, we prepare our entire menu in-house fresh daily and have high expectations for plate presentation and execution in the kitchen.LINE COOK JOB DESCRIPTION: Must strictly follow line recipes, proper builds, and specified guest modifications for preparing food to order for the guest, while maintaining a clean station and work space. This position requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including assembler, expo, and all members of management. PREP COOK JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for prepping all items on daily prep sheet as instructed by supervisor/management. Must strictly follow recipes provided to ensure the quality and consistency of all products and menu items. Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and maintain a clean work space.DISHWASHER JOB DESCRIPTION: Interested in restaurants? This is a great opportunity to learn from an entry level position and work your way up! Responsible for quickly and efficiently cleaning food containers, prep materials, plates, glassware, flatware, and other utensils using the spray nozzle and Hobart machine during a shift to ensure we are fully stocked with clean materials to continue smooth operation of the restaurant.
