Job Description: Apex is assisting our client who is looking to add talented customer service minded professionals to their Client Support Team. On this team, you will have the opportunity to analyze customer issues and engage with a worldwide client base and provide a delightful customer experience every day. You will be supporting the rent payments system and troubleshooting processes related to autopays, payment verifications, identifying where a transaction failed in the process, etc. This team is a springboard for professional growth and career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer service experience for clients

•Ability to de-escalate and assist frustrated callers.

• Have the ability to work with clients without using scripted support notes

• Answer inbound phone calls from clients

• Work through client cases and close out support tickets

Requirements:

• Customer service experience

• Technical aptitude- ability to solve problems and create solutions independently

• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills- written and verbal

• Experience working with Outlook, Salesforce or other CRM's preferred
