Job Description: Support Analyst

100% remote

Apex is assisting our client who is looking to add talented customer service minded professionals to their Support Analyst Team. On this team, you will have the opportunity to analyze customer issues and engage with a worldwide client base and provide a delightful customer experience every day. You will be supporting the Lease accounting software and troubleshooting processes and coaching customers on how to use the software. This team is a springboard for professional growth and career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive customer service experience for clients
  • Ability to de-escalate and assist frustrated callers.
  • Have the ability to work with clients without using scripted support notes
  • Triage incoming tickets in Zendesk
  • Work through client cases and close out support tickets
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude- ability to solve problems and create solutions independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills- written and verbal
  • Experience working with Zendesk, Salesforce or other CRM's preferred
Pluses:
  • Experience with SQL queries, accounting knowledge and real estate knowledge
