Deployment Specialist

Looking for a Deployment Specialist, for a long term contract position.Candidates must be local to Marysville, OH location.Roles and Responsibilities:Administer relocation policies for new hires and existing associates to include domestic and international relocations to include providing an overview to selected associates and initiating relocation benefits through Relocation Vendor

Provide ongoing support to associate while on assignment and through completion of relocation

Monitor beginning to end assignment terms and initiate return timing confirmation to include coordination of return placement and return assignment benefits through Relocation Vendor

Coordinate tax preparation with Tax consultant when authorized, record tax settlements, and other necessary tax related records to meet requirement needed for Tax consultant

Run AD HOC queries and monthly reports

Support filing and other tasks for the team as needed

Daily Tasks:Provide customer service to associates who are in process of relocating

Administer and process new relocation authorizations

Review invoices and change reports

Top 3 Required Skills:Effective and confident communication skills

High level of customer focus

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Desired Skills:Experience in Microsoft Office

Basic HR policy knowledge
