Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Permanent Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing processes, and ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
• Improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify the cause of any process-related issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team to ensure that all processes are running smoothly.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure that all processes are aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Participate in Capex Projects and provide input on process-related issues.
• Utilize SCADA and Rockwell software to monitor and control processes.
• Ensure that all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of feed and food manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SCADA and Rockwell software.
• Experience with Capex Projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
