The candidate must have the following:

3+ years of Automated Testing (such as Selenium)
Experience with the whole testing cycle (not handed what to do/requirements)
Experience with C# (MUST)

This is a hybrid model, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote as well as 6 weeks out of the year you can work remotely anywhere in the world. You can take those 6 weeks all at once or break it up. They also offer 6% 401k match and 10% annual bonus.
