Senior Quality Engineer

We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position SummaryThe Senior Quality Engineer will achieve assigned objectives within our quality systems and product quality areas to improve, support, apply, assess, and recommend sustaining and improving our quality competencies, capabilities, and value in our products.Responsibilities

• Implement and improve quality policies and systems such as process documentation, change management, calibration, in-process quality control, raw material quality, trace-ability systems, and post-production testing
• Address customer complaints utilizing problem solving methodologies, find root cause and implement robust corrective actions
• Provide training/coaching to cross-functional team and suppliers
• Lead the audit process, conduct, and follow up on internal and supplier on-site audits, self-audits, technical audits, process audits and launch readiness reviews
• Facilitate the product approval process to verify the product/material meet the design inputs
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, lead supplier improvement plans

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality or Supplier Development
• Quality Management Systems experience
• Experience in manufacturing environments addressing internal and/or supplier operations to improve performance, expand capability, increase capacity, and lower costs
• Travel up to 25%
