Looking For All Year 'Round Grounds Keeper (Northeast)

Northeast Apartment Management Company is actively seeking a groundskeepers to join our fast paced growing management company. Our company is looking for a hardworking, energetic, great attitude associate to add to our team. No experience needed.

The primary responsibilities of the involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.

Removes all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes. Transfers to dumpster or storage area, whichever is applicable.

Transfers trash and other items left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick-up and sweep area.

Details property on a regular basis.

Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Rakes, sweeps, shovels as circumstances warrant.

Requirements:

Must have reliable pickup truck.
