What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Solid experience in automotive sales and finance management

Sub-prime financing experience is a must

Knowledge of lender programs and ability to structure deals for all credit situations

Professional, driven, and customer-focused attitude

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
