Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an extraordinary technology that combined with data - the raw material that fuels it - will be critical to our company's future success. Using AI technologies effectively and responsibly to develop new products, drive customer engagement, improve productivity and enhance risk management will be a top priority. The firm has established a new Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) organization that will drive our strategy and assist in the firmwide adoption of AI. CDAO will also ensure best practices are shared across our businesses while overseeing data use, governance and controls.
