Control Manager - Connected Commerce Experiential Journeys - Vice President
Ohio, Columbus, 43085 Columbus USAConsumer and Community Banking (CCB) - Control Management maintains a strong and consistent control environment through a joint accountability model that align control managers with each line of business, function and region to mitigate operational risk. As a Control Manager for Experiential Journeys, you'll be responsible for leading and building out an enhanced control framework which supports a continuous and integrated approach to risk assessment. Key areas of focus will be partnering with the Digital Channels organization on driving customer engagement through our Chase.com ecosystem. This includes managing Card and Connected Commerce prioritization, process, and overall strategy for existing Digital Channels assets such as nudges as well as partnering on new initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure the team assists in top down risk analysis, control design & evaluation, real time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis and remediation.
