The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in Voice Technologies

Voice Engineer - Knowledge and Skills
Oracle Session Border Controller infrastructure and application management
Oracle Enterprise Operations Manager environment
Voice Network Carrier Management (SIP Trunk Topology knowledge and troubleshooting skills)
Configuration, troubleshooting, and support

Soft Skills:

Good oral and written communication to interact effectively with Internal Business Partners
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and identify the root cause of the problem
Proficient at analyzing complex architecture documents and gather requirements through appropriate follow up questions on conference calls

Preferred Skills and Experience

Nice to have skills

Phone system knowledge, Avaya Aura Platform is a plus
Performance tuning/monitoring
Vulnerability management
