Duration: 6+ Months Contract Location: Columbus, OH Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula ConsultantPrimary Skills: Human Capital Management (HCM)Role Description: The Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Consultant must have at least 10+ years of experience. Required Experience and Skills: - Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula - Previous experience and technical knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and Absence specific Fast Formulas. - Sound knowledge of concepts: Element Configuration, Voluntary Deductions, Retro, Arrears, Balances and Dimensions, Accruals, Work Schedules, Plan Enrollment, Benefits Coverage etc. - Understanding of US Payroll concepts like 401k Plans, IRS limits etc. is preferred. - Sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure and BIP. - Good knowledge of commonly used Fast Formula types from implementations. - Troubleshooting fast formula issues and providing resolution, or configuration change recommendations. - Defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts for functional testing of the components.
