Required Skills and Experience:- Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts
- Experience in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF eligibility systems and policy.
- Experience testing the eligibility rules related to Medicaid and SNAP/TANF.
- Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required
- Experience creating and executing test scripts using Selenium
- Experience adhering to formal QA processes, ensuring that the implementation teams are using industry-accepted best practices
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to relocate to Columbus, OH
- Must be able to interview via video or in person
- Adhere to all formal QA processes, ensuring that the systems implementation team uses industry-accepted best practices.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing and reporting on metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure that quality goals are met.
- Create, execute, and provide feedback on manual and automation test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
- Create and execute test scripts using Selenium
- Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
- Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution
- Ensure that the systems implementation team maintains high quality and accuracy up to software release
- Ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with the Test Plan, including schedule and quality requirements
- Provide feedback to the implementation team on implications of testing outcomes
- Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
