Job Description:Blue Star Partner’s client is starting an effort to organize and streamline various inputs across the company and create a structure and governance that will allow them to save time and increase efficiencies holistically. An integral part of the organization will be a turnkey approval process with appropriate checks and balances ensuring all projects and contracts are approved prior to any work beginning.The implemented solution that will assist the client in reconfiguring current cadences and create a streamlined process for approvals and oversight of budgets, projects, and signed contracts. The solution will ensure that all projects and contracts have definitive start and stop points aligned with project milestones and completion or acceptance definitions. Internal and external resources will be more easily identified, on boarded and tracked, and internal and external change impact assessments and management tools will ensure the right pace and acceptance of change.The OCM Lead will lead the organization’s change management efforts to implement the above, working closely with the Program Lead, Enterprise Change Management Office Lead and the Enterprise Project Management Office Lead. This individual will follow the company’s change management processes to build change management strategies and plans for the solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple project teams and maintain complex work plans for projects / initiatives
  • Lead the change strategy for a reconfiguration/implementation of required systems (e.g., PPM, Change Compass, etc.) to minimize resistance, ensure buy in from all stakeholders and achieve company-wide adoption
  • Conduct Stakeholder Analysis / Skills Gap Analysis
  • Conduct Process Impact Analysis
  • Conduct Sponsor assessment
  • Create and maintain the Change Agent/Stakeholder Network
  • Create and execute the Communication Plan
  • Create and execute the Training Plan / Curriculum
  • Conduct leadership alignment and engagement activities
  • Direct work assignment and all activities of change management resources on the project
  • Create a Project Change Management Plan, Status Report, and Risk/Issue Log

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in a change management related role leading complex, transformational change, with demonstrated experience in facilitating organization wide SaaS implementation (ServiceNow and other PPMs in particular)
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and skills in OCM, including cultural change impact analyses, stakeholder alignment, and management, communication, and engagement planning, change network planning/execution, change readiness/effectiveness assessment and training strategy development
  • Demonstrated ability to provide change services to multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, provide guidance or offer consultative services to peers, stakeholders, and business partners in a respectful and authentic environment supporting change management tactics and delivery
  • Experience building out and developing a Change Management and/or a Transformation Office
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate buy-in from stakeholders
  • Self-directed; able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Calm in times of ambiguity, strong collaboration, and inclusion skills, facilitation, and valued as a partner
  • Ability to work and interact at all levels of the organization; across functions and locations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute at a detailed level
  • Confidently deliver and facilitate inclusive discussions
  • Experience in the Energy Industry is a plus
