Telecom Engineer Job Summary : Telecom Engineer needed to assist with the implementation / evaluation of Cloud Telephony products, decommissioning of a data center, which includes a TDM to SIP conversion, and rolling out a new telephony solution for over 500 remote locations.

Telecom Engineer Required Experience:
  • Experience in Corporate / Contact Center telephony
  • 5+ years experience supporting Avaya CM in a large Contact Center/Corporate environment
  • Hands on experience migrating from on premise Avaya to Cloud platforms, such as Nice/InContact, 8x8, Talk Desk
  • MPLS/TDM/SIP
