Maintenance Tech / Porter

Paran Management is seeking a service driven Maintenance Tech to perform light maintenance and porter work to a 160 unit high rise in Cleveland Heights.

Duties:

General maintenance & repair

Preventative maintenance

Assist with apartment Turn Overs

Performing occupied maintenance work orders

Trash outs

Grounds upkeep

Janitorial work will be required in all elements

Qualified Applicants should have basic tools, general maintenance and repair skills including basic plumbing, painting and dry wall repair abilities. On site training will be provided. Must also be proven to work independently and with a sense of urgency.

Lifting 50lbs +, climbing stairs, bending, standing, using ladders, is all functions of the job. Favorable references required.

Most time will be spent at our Cleveland Heights Community, but occasionally may be asked to cover at sister sites as needed to cover vacations in downtown Cleveland.
