We are a wood fired oven restaurant focused on modern comfort food. We are a from scratch kitchen.

SOUS CHEF / LINE COOK positions with growing company. Must be able to take direction. We expect the speed, organization and leadership abilities that come with the experience required to be the Sous chef of a busy, perfection oriented, from scratch kitchen. Stage required. Ultimate pay in scale with the outcome of stage, references and experience.

DAY PREP- possibly hiring a prep person for day work, 11-6. It could be a part time position for the right person. Must be very familiar with kitchen equipment, must have excellent knife skills and be very quick but thorough and NEAT and CLEAN.

EVENING DISH position Tuesday-Friday or Saturday, includes a meal. PT or FT We are in Bainbridge.
