Sales Assistant

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to help each customer celebrate their life's moments.

• Process all sales politely, efficiently, and accurately whilst upselling on till products.

• Achieve and exceed store and individual sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling and productivity.

• Be a brand and store ambassador by upholding a stylish and well-presented appearance.

• Build the bond between Executive Touchand our customer via answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach depending on the individual's personalities and needs.

• Merchandise the store and maintaining high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment.

• Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, including exchanges and returns.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-service oriented role;

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel;

• Strong, friendly and confident in both verbal and written communication;

• Flexibility to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) as part of the five-day work week.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, under pressure, sales driven atmosphere

• A positive, “can-do” attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team
