Position Description: POSITION DESCRIPTIONCGI is looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in Production Support Delivery management who can work closely with the client and the delivery team and provide smart solutions while being outspoken and receptive to feedbacks. The selected candidate will also help grow/staff our team within this client and work at a high level to build relationships and drive new business. Your future duties and responsibilities: 1. Provide front line technical and leadership support to the L1-L3 teams and the client responding to issues related to Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Production Governance related to issues.2. Participate actively in production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.3. Root cause and problem resolution follow-up.4. Analyze and provide impact analysis as quickly as possible.5. As a part of L1 support team be able to jump on during critical incidents when the team requires guidance.6. Look for efficiency improvement in & productivity savings. Look for incident trends and inculcate a culture of innovation resulting in highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency.7. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of delivery artifacts like KEDBs, procedures etc. and work with offshore teams to ensure compliance. 8. Communicate with all lines of business and management the overall status and health of the application, contribute to automation, causal analysis, develop shared/common solutions, proactively identify cross-functional or technical issues9. Interact with clients and demonstrate empathy to situations and challenges10. This is a great opportunity for someone with good project management skills and can demonstrate flexibility11. Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 1. 8 + years of relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile, Production Support)2. 3+ years experience leading and managing the delivery of an L1 or L2 engagement spanning multiple applications and a team of 15+ members.3. Proven expertise in Java/J2EE, OOPS, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, Autosys, Spring, SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX, Web Services, Web Logic 10.x or above, JMS4. Experience of handling various production support roles (technical - L1/L2/L3) and hands-on experience in using at least 2-3 widely used monitoring / scheduling tools5. Experience troubleshooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query, programming skills, conduct root cause analysis, and identify mitigations/risk6. Experience with Real-time restoration, triaging of issues impacting technical services (application/infrastructure) to bank customers and partners in a timely manner while keeping partners advised of significant progress or challenges during the restoration period7. Ability to assess initial severity, gather impacts, creates tickets, engage necessary8. support teams, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely restoration9. Experience with on call support for triaging problems, coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carryout activities related to incident and problem management10. Ability to suggest, implement ideas for enhancing the customer experience and implement best practices for cost saving11. Flexible to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues12. Must be willing and able to express new ideas, concerns and opinions directly to wider team in team meetings face-to-face and via remote-working tools13. Ability to deal with complex information, processes and relationships to derive a simple solution14. Good ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly establish credibility15. Excellent spoken and written English complete with clear oral communication skills16. Experience in Change management and Incident management tools
