Trainer- Sr Principal

In addition to functioning in all the capacities of a Principal Trainer, a Senior Principal Trainer serves as a team lead and provides direction to a subset of instructors within the training department, as well as enterprise Super Users. A Senior Principal Trainer has at least four years of experience in Epic training and/or build and is credentialed in both Revenue Cycle and Clinical applications. The Senior PT is responsible for project management functions in collaboration with the Senior Application Analysts, and is the training team resource to the implementation project team. The Senior PT will assess and identify end user educational needs, and will develop effective and dynamic solutions. Position requires energetic, enthusiastic, customer-oriented team player with exceptional communication, organizational, technical, and leadership skills, as well as at least 2 years’ experience in Principal Trainer role.
