CBTS is currently hiring multiple fulltime Salesforce CRM Administrator/Developers into our Digital Services team, responsible for the administration and development/coding of the Salesforce CRM platform. This position collaborates with the CRM Manager (Salesforce Administrator) and with departments in both Finance & Strategy and Operations to ensure the platform is functional and supports our overall business needs. The perfect fit for this position will have basic Salesforce administration and development skills, and an aptitude for sales and marketing processes.

Candidates must be able to accept a fulltime position without any sponsorship. This role after COVID will require candidates to report to our main office in Cincinnati, OH, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, as needed
  • Establish and perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, and storage management
  • Work with the business to develop and execute strategic and tactical goals for leveraging Salesforce functionality
  • Create dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, custom objects, object relationships, and standard/custom fields
  • Provide ad-hoc customized reporting and training on those reports
  • Develop / support interfaces to external systems
  • Work with steering committee and end-users to provide best practices, training, and tips to increase adoption and usage
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new functionalities
  • Research and recommend Salesforce and third-party applications that improve Salesforce engagement and effectiveness

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience as SalesForce developer
  • Proven success designing and implementing solutions on the SalesForce platform
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Experience with Apex, Visual Force, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Design System
  • Salesforce Administrtor Certification is preferred
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred
  • Experience developing interfaces between disparate systems
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments
  • Ability to think from a business & technical perspective
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical degree
