Seeking an experienced Product Support Representative.

We are looking to add remote Product Support Representatives to assist our clients in all time zones. While we are located in Canby, Oregon, we encourage others outside of Oregon to apply. Your hours would be flexible to fit your time zone, and cover our hours of operation.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Training users on the use of the CMS program and its features
Technical support of the CMS program and related third party software
Technical support of the installation and configuration of the CMS program on networked computers
Excellent candidates for the Product Support Representative position will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and have the following skills and related work experience:
Product Support Experience
Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
Computer skills
Insurance Industry Experience is a plus
Call Center experience is a plus
Excellent Communication skills
Strong phone presence
Multi-Tasking skills
HawkSoft Client Management System experience is a strong plus
