Maintenance Technician (Canton, Jackson Township)

Shakertown Apartments is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our 185 unit apartment community. Our property is nestled on 13 wooded acres in the heart of Jackson Township.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter that does not require micro-managing. They must have their own tools, be innovative and resourceful. Prior experience in residential maintenance is a plus! Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair are some of the skills we are looking for. You will be required to be on call every other week.

Living on site is an option, but is not required.
