Concrete laborers, finishers, and foreman ($30k-$55k salary) (Detroit Lakes)

Hiring skilled laborers, finishers, and foreman to join the Speciality Concrete team out of Detroit Lakes. Majority of work will be around the Detroit Lakes area.

Laborers & finishers: We are hiring at all skill levels and willing to train - fast learners will move up quickly.

Foreman: Previous experience managing crews and expertise reading plans is a must. If you already have a crew under you, they will be considered for employment.

General responsibilities:

- Standard concrete labor

- Foundation/wall/footing framing

- Flat work framing & speciality stamped

- Form finishing (power trowel, floats, screeds, etc…)

- Run various heavy machinery

General requirements:

- Must be a strong team player

- Must be hard working with a positive attitude

- Must have good time management skills

- Previous industry experience preferred
