Regional Client Director - TMT - North America

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Client Director to drive client revenue and margin growth across existing accounts in the TMT sector across North America. The successful candidate will own client P&L, shape industry strategy, and lead a team of Client Partners to achieve performance targets and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:Drive client revenue and margin growth to meet portfolio targets.Own client P&L, sign off deal margins, and ensure profitable delivery.Shape industry strategy with MD and GBDD; align GTM plans to client portfolio needs.Develop and lead Client Partner team with clear performance targets and career pathways.Act as senior escalation point for client delivery, commercial, or service issues.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and inclusive leadership.
