You re comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail; high follow through; and you re a fast learner with new concepts, technologies, and systems. You are someone that cares about things being done well for their own sake, but also want to pull the data to make sure. You are comfortable in dealing with change. You love to take initiative and have a bias towards action.You Will: Help create and maintain internal Product Roadmaps and project plans Work with partner organizations and users to understand and develop requirements Partner with development team to prioritize and track the work on the products. Collate release notes and execute communication plans to keep users up to date. Build and maintain information systems (wikis, videos, blogs) for internal products. Prepare presentation materials for executive briefing and for large scale demos. Be an evangelist for the internal products and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including dependent engineering teams, product, design, infrastructure, and operations Help craft the strategic plan for the Application Strategy and Innovation space. You Have: A product/entrepreneurial mindset A true passion for user/developer experience, as evidenced by an obsessive user focus Thrives in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts Enjoyment in working with a diverse group of people with different expertise Experience building a product and/or processes from zero to one with little to no guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to craft messaging materials for presentation live or otherwise. Very strong project management skills and a finisher Absolute Must Haves:Story writing, agile education/experience, jira/confluence and strong communication skills to take feedback from the users and partner with the team on framing it. Skills / experience that are a Plus:Financial services industry experience
