Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions

Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned

Perform risk management and change management on projects

Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions

Interface with the Engineering team and external business owners for project requirements and scope

Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives

Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan

Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery

Establish working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners across different time zones

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team

Complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities

Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly

Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:

Technical program, product, or project management

Ensuring backend reliability, quality, and/or performance

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems

Experience writing code/queries

Handling analytics using Big-Data technologies: Hive, Qubole, SPARK, or SQL

Leading and tracking cross functional and cross organizational workstreams

Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively

Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners
