Responsibilities include delivering highest level of technical service for the care of our patients, along with care and maintenance of Sanford's enterprise telemedicine platform. Candidates must have technical experience in video conferencing technologies, personal computers, or networking technologies. This role interacts directly with the customer to resolve immediate telemedicine support needs, ensuring the proper functioning of the telemedicine care delivery platform. This role coordinates the support activities through inception, escalation and final resolution. Additional support duties include mentoring the support teams who are engaged in implementation and troubleshooting issues with the telemedicine hardware/software. The role also requires the ability to design, plan, and document future telemedicine integrations and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, in lieu of education will accept 5 years of communication technology experience. Network/Collaboration certifications a plus.
