Hi, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is a multi-talented individual fluent in multi-tasking who can change directions and speed at a moments notice. If you have comparative skills, see below for details.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist walk-in clients with purchases and answer the phone for incoming local and national calls. You will be a great communicator with money handling skills. You will assist the Dispatch and Marketing persons with requests between walk-in clients.

You will learn the entire business in order to serve the whole team so your manual dexterity and quickfootedness pushes you towards the top of the list. Your experience of eBay/Walmart/Amazon listing and shipping is not required but increases your value to the team.

Knowledge of diabetes and diabetic and other medical products is helpful but not necessary. We will train you.

We are a band of entrepreneurially-minded people who think like business owners and jump in with zeal to solve problems. You require minimal supervision and are confident that anything and everything you do propels our small office towards success.
