Project ManagerWinsten, Salem NCLong Term Who are we looking for? The Project Manager/Project Leader will lead cross-functional projects of varying size & impact, including driving growth by delivering New Product Launches, and/or driving business improvement by delivering project Life Cycle Management (LCM) changes impacting business operation, compliance & quality (i.e. Coupa upgrade ). The Project Manager/Leader will work together with all key functions at a global and regional level to support the delivery of the strategic business objectives.

Technical Skills:
  • 7 Years as Project Manager
Key areas of expertise required:
  • Procurement Transformation
  • Project Management – waterfall & agile (Jira)
  • Change Management
  • Coupa awareness (can be trained)
  • Must be experienced in Procurement Projects (Business and IT aspects)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Team effectiveness - Clarify project scope from an initial concept or in flight and manage scope changes throughout the life of the project. Ensure there is accountability at a team and individual level, sufficient resource allocation and integration of company activities with the objective of meeting all project and business commitments
  • Project Management - Administer overall team activities to deliver launches or product changes in a compliant and reliable manner. This includes development of clear project objectives, managing & tracking timelines & critical milestones, establishing contingency & acceleration plans, facilitating team decisions and issue resolution, risk management, coordinating team meetings and minutes, and establishing appropriate sub teams.
  • Issue Resolution - Monitor project status / execution. Identify,communicateand help resolve key issues, including obtaining stakeholder alignment when necessary. Provide ongoing status communications to the team and appropriate levels of the organization.

Qualification:
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated understanding of programming concepts, architecture, and full stack integration
  • Fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing
