Job Description

Freddy’s is immediately hiring Restaurant Supervisors - Shift Leaders to join our fun and successful restaurant team. After on-the-job training, Supervisor - Shift Leaders will coach, encourage, and work side-by-side with Team Members to achieve company goals. Advancement opportunities are available with our growing company!

• Depending on experience, pay starts at $11.00 up to $13.00 per hour DOE
• 1% pay raise every three months!

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
• Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
• Desire to grow and develop with Freddy’s
• Natural leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must be willing to undergo a background check if you’re 18 or older
