UX/UI Designer at Bosch IoT Start-up

Job Description

As an UX/UI Designer you will:

• Support the Operating System Team by applying your craft in a hands-on manner whilst delivering conceptual design, user research, wireframing and UI prototyping, detailed design, design system and user testing
• Create user interaction with security cameras and the development around it
• Collaborate with agile engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible to implement and subsequently implemented accurately
• Design desirable and efficient multi-channel experiences
• Conduct user research to derive insights, craft personas, and map client / user journeys across the product portfolio
• Develop concepts sketches and storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, functional specifications, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions and guide agile engineering teams
• Develop visual designs and ensuring that the solution in development aligns to company and product brand standards
• Track user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building excellent digital products
• A solid experience working in fast and agile environments in cross-functional teams
• Ability to build rapid, iterative, and low-fi prototypes and know of tools and concepts around human-centered design
• A good theoretical and practical grasp of interaction design issues
• Experience in user testing, storytelling, and translating between business and technical jargon
• A good level of business acumen and have a strong understanding of product business requirements and capable to translate that into a tangible design
• Excellent communication skills, you know how to get buy-in from stakeholders with your ideas on our platform
• Collaborative mindset, passion about new technologies and a proactive working-style
