Principal Biostatistician (Remote)

Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Principal Biostatistician to work remotely for a well-established, global clinical research organization focused on improving the drug development process and access to therapeutics.

• Provide statistical consulting as lead biostatistician and communicate directly with Sponsor
• Prepare data sets and develop statistical analysis plans for clinical trial studies
• Review study documents including data management plans and case reports forms (CRFs)
• Develop and oversee SAS programs to create data sets and listings, tables, and graphs (TLGs)
• Support team leads and senior reviewers to meet project deliverables

• 6+ years of biostatistics experience within CROs
• 4+ years of lead experience required
• Experience within clinical trials and advanced statistical methods
• Demonstrated experience of SAS macro development, code generation and algorithms
• Working knowledge of CDISC standards and applying those standards to projects
• Advanced degree (MS or PHD) in statistics or closely related field

• Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 based on experience
