Part-Time Grounds Assistant (Raleigh)

Part-time Grounds Assistant needed for general clean-up. Hours will generally be mornings Monday-Friday, total 12-15 hours per week.

Pick up trash from outdoor areas; clean common areas as required, including laundry room, breezeways, hallways; keep appearance of property appealing and clean; assist with yard/landscape needs, including raking, blowing leaves, or other tasks.

Will report to local property manager or maintenance supervisor, to receive assignments and hours to be scheduled.
