What You’ll Do:

Real estate investment firm is seeking a full time operations manager to help us grow our company through strategic and goal oriented systems and procedures. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, professional, very savvy, have attention to the smallest detail, able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused, a self-motivated, highly organized, forward thinker with the ability to work independently, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and complete projects with a sense of urgency with minimal direction.

Daily duties included proficiency and maintains excellent communication skills with clients, reviewing/completing of daily tasks, and maintaining deadlines/timelines. Individual must have a positive attitude, can handle obstacles for solutions, be self-sufficient, and have strong computer skills.

Real Estate system experience PREFERRED. A marketing and/or management background is also a plus. You will report directly to the company’s CEO. Other responsibilities in this role include:

Work closely with attorneys, sellers, buyers and contractors.

Back end transaction coordination as needed.

Engage, provide purpose, motivation and direction to associates and team in order influence all to accomplish the day-to-day tasks as required for the operation.

Collaborate with marketing and other professionals.

Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

Having excellent communication skills both orally and in writing. Possess the ability to effectively send and receive messages and correspond with senior leaders.

Excellent telephone skills.

Basic understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.).

High energy and willingness to learn.

Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.

The ability to work with and through people.

Ability to obtain, interpret, and apply information needed to make sound decisions

Extremely detailed oriented.

Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Office-Windows, Word, Excel, Acrobat- Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.

Must be highly motivated and possess the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Ability to assess priorities and make decisions to meet key business objectives.

Ability to manage multiple employees, performing multiple functions.

Real estate experience preferred.

College Degree preferred, high school education or equivalent required.
