Mirantis is adding a

Marketing Operations Manager to our team! The Marketing Operations Manager at Mirantis is a critical role to help our Digital, Field, and Product Marketing organizations scale with marketing technologies. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and is responsible for supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning, driving the technology roadmap, and enhancing overall marketing processes, with an emphasis on ABM. The role will work closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to help grow the company’s pipeline and revenue.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing technology strategy and approach, ensuring implementation of new technology meets current and future needs for marketing technology, data integration and campaign optimization.
  • Provide recommendations for evolving the marketing technology stack; for new technology, ongoing maintenance of existing platforms, and assessment of existing platform efficacy.
  • Help develop an execution-driven mentality with emphasis on best practices process, business needs, value add, analysis, insight, and recommended action.
  • Benchmark current marketing activities, performance and develop a roadmap for improvements.
  • Work with marketing leaders to identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with and leverage analytics team members to generate insights and analytics.
  • Partner with the demand gen, field marketing, ABM and other teams to support demand creation activities and optimize processes.
  • Manage technology stack and complex vendor relationships, negotiations, renewals, and processes.
  • Drive enablement and change management as new tools and systems are launched and operationalized.
  • Ensure that no lead is left behind by working with Sales Operations to manage and optimize lead management, routing and handoffs to SDRs and AEs.
  • Work with Sales Operations, IT and other key stakeholders on E2E funnel and pipeline reporting to drive key decision making.
  • Lead, develop and grow a world-class marketing operations team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations or similar functions.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with marketing automation, CRM and other related platforms required.
  • Experience successfully leading operational support functions and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a creative environment.
  • Action-oriented and enjoys working hard; energetic and willing to take on challenging assignments; seizes personal development opportunities.
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and as an effective tactician, who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business.
  • Comfort with accountability and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; a methodical approach to problem solving; excellent skills at executing plans.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Pardot and 6Sense preferred (not required).
  • ABM experience is strongly preferred.
