Supply Chain Specialist (10897)

Job Responsibilities: Ensure vendors comply with Gilead’s Ariba onboarding requirements and complete necessary documentation related to Ariba registration and enablement. Partner with internal business customers to establish target vendor list and determine which vendors need to be enabled on the Ariba network to do business. Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholder teams/Ariba SAP/vendors as needed. Develop and execute data collection approach. Support Ariba e-invoice compliance requirements with vendors. Develop and execute change management and communication plan for procurement processes. Support internal or vendor escalations if needed for recalcitrant vendors. Initiates, gathers, collects and tracks vendor responses; follows up as needed. Develop and execute metric reporting process on vendors involvement and status of their registration and enablement Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience At least 5 years of supplier enablement experience in the Procurement industry Experience with systems testing and business process re-engineering Understanding of hosted/punchout catalogs and how to integrate punchout catalogs utilizing cXML and EDI Experience in Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain consulting Domain Knowledge of B2B Procurement or eCommerce market and software packages Experience in Ariba Approval flow Design Strong communication (written/oral)
